Role Summary

We seek an experienced Digital Content Creator to craft engaging and impactful online learning experiences for our global platform ecosystem.

This position focuses on designing and developing e-learning materials, interactive courses, and multimedia assets that enhance the overall learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop e-learning courses using Articulate Rise360.
  • Create graphics, visuals, and videos with Canva to increase engagement.
  • Optimize course frameworks to meet content and learner needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine content.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to craft effective learning materials.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development, strong expertise in Articulate Rise360, Canva, and Google Workspace, and knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theory.
