Junior SEO Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a key role in our digital marketing and search engine optimization team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in social media outreach, backlinking, online link building, keyword research, and staying up-to-date with the latest search engine changes.

We follow white hat SEO practices and encourage applicants to be familiar with Google Penguin, Panda, and other algorithm updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze keywords to create broad and long-tail keywords independently.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and shadowing to inform backlink strategies.
  • Utilize web-based tools to submit business listings.
  • Report successes, progress, and opportunities to the Manager.
  • Optimize websites for good rankings on Google and other top search engines.
  • Work according to organizational plans and strategies.
  • Maintain a record of all backlinks on Google Sheets.

Requirements:
  • Minimum one year experience in backlinking.
  • Excellent English and communication skills.
  • Degree in B.com, BBA, BS IT, BCS, or related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable working within a structured management system.
  • Able to multitask and assist with other SEO tasks as needed.
  • Passion for search engine optimization.
