Senior Marketing Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our marketing strategies, drive sales growth, and optimize our brand presence. This role requires executing decisions that significantly impact the organization's financial performance, analyzing the efficiency of marketing initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Determine new market opportunities for expansion and development
  2. Oversee product launches and marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement
  3. Develop pricing strategies to enhance revenue and profitability
  4. Spearhead and manage direct and indirect staff to achieve business objectives
  5. Design and execute marketing and branding strategies to meet business goals
  6. Create and expand product offerings to cater to customer needs
  7. Design and produce print advertisements and publications
  8. Collaborate with internal departments to refine customer service strategies
  9. Lead content creation and production across all media platforms
  10. Oversee the creation and dissemination of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of software product marketing experience with exposure to sales
  • Masters degree in business or marketing
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and management abilities to interact with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage a productive and efficient Marketing Department
