Job Overview

The treasury team relies on the Financial Operations Assistant to ensure smooth financial operations. This role is responsible for managing cash flow, banking relations, and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash management: Direct deposit operations, daily administration, and bank account management.
  • Cash management improvement: Review and implement best practices to meet financial obligations.
  • Cash setup documentation: Prepare necessary documents for new and existing processes.
  • Cash forecasting and tracking: Weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis.
  • Payment process analysis: Identify and resolve problems.
  • Bank charges review: Provide regular reporting.
  • Corporate credit card program administration.
  • Financial data backup.
  • Banking facility renewal.
  • Regular engagement with banks.
  • Cash pooling from multiple bank accounts.
  • Data integrity and balance sheet verification.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Two years of relevant accounting experience (internships included).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
