Financial Analyst Trainee

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial postings, controls, and compliance. Key performance indicators include timely completion of monthly close processes, effective management of fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Closing and Controlling: Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including fixed asset, intercompany accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and master data management.\
• Purchasing to Pay (P2P): Oversee the accurate processing of invoices, ensure timely payment to vendors, enforce company policy on travel and expense reimbursements, and effectively manage vendor data.\
• Order to Cash (O2C): Responsible for areas including cash application, credit and debit management, billing and invoicing customers, revenue recognition, collection, and dispute management.\
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, maintain up-to-date records, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.\
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement changes, and measure their effectiveness.\
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to achieve business objectives and improve team efficiency.\
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.\\
