Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to perform financial transactions and maintain accurate records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions in accordance with accepted accounting principles, company policies, and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly reconciliations, prepare and post invoices, GL accounts closing entries and analytical work.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in accounting or finance with 2 to 3 years of experience or part qualified (ACCA Part 2, ACMA post foundation, CMA/CPA part qualified).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP/Dynamics ERP system.
  • Proven experience in invoicing, preferably in an import/export or logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with import regulations and customs procedures is a plus.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Good Computer Skills to perform the job successfully, along with good knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Good Interpersonal And Customer Service Skills Are Required.
