Job Summary

Senior RPA Automation Expert

This role involves leading the development and deployment of end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions.
  • Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior RPA developers in best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automation workflows for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for smooth system integration.
  • Ensure automation solutions meet governance, compliance, and security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in RPA development.
  • Expertise in one or more RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Experience with APIs, databases, and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • RPA certifications (UiPath/AA/Blue Prism) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in leading automation projects is a plus.
