Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Sales and Implementation Consultant, responsible for driving the sales of Odoo ERP solutions and implementing these solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales strategy that identifies new business opportunities and drives revenue growth.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements, and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
- Solution Implementation: Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth implementation of Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, ensuring they achieve maximum ROI from their Odoo ERP investment.
- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to understand clients' workflows, challenges, and pain points, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Recommendations and Solutions: Develop and present recommendations and solutions to clients, leveraging your expertise in Odoo ERP and business processes.
- Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality results, and client satisfaction.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: A proven track record of successful ERP sales and implementation, preferably with Odoo.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and business processes.
- Skills:
- Excellent Communication and Project Management Skills: Strong communication and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Proficient in CRM Tools and Project Management Software: Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software, with experience in Odoo CRM being an asset.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
