Clinical Case Manager Role

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Case Manager to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing patient cases and responding to inquiries from patients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient cases and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Process all phases of patient clinical assessments, handling diagnostics information, liaising with international medical centers, etc.
  • Ensure exceptional patient experience through effective communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular service provider reviews and foster strong relationships.
  • Liaise with global patient coordination teams to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive services.
  • Engage in remote calls and provide evaluation and coordination services to patients.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) applications to manage customer pipelines.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally verbally and in writing.
  • Represent the organization in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Cultivate and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Pursue partnerships and alliances.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional-level experience working in a virtual environment; candidates will be asked to demonstrate this through references.
  • Clinical training acquired through work as a nurse or doctor.
  • Experience working directly with patients.
  • Able to learn relevant CRM software applications to manage clients/patients.
  • Solid computer skills, proficient in Microsoft applications and PowerPoint.
  • MBBS/BSC Nursing or equivalent medical education is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven track record in meeting performance objectives.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as basic technical support knowledge and computer skills background.
  • Effective listener able to understand customer expectations.
  • Able to quickly establish rapport with clients in a way that allows for a comfortable consultation.
  • Able to work remotely, serving an international customer base.
  • Demonstrates commitment to ethical conduct.
  • Works well under pressure and collaborates effectively as part of a team.
  • Internet savvy, able to research customer details.
  • Able to adapt to a flexible schedule.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in other languages such as Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, etc. is considered beneficial.
