We are seeking a seasoned Manager Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of professionals in a call center setting.
Main Objectives:- To successfully manage and motivate a team of 30-40 TSRs, 4-5 team leaders and 2 supervisors
- To develop and implement effective HR strategies to hire, train and retain top talent
- To drive operational excellence through process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- To build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and coordination
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a proven track record of success in a similar role. They will possess excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire their team.
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Manager in a Call Center
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team
