Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Amazon A to Z Account Manager (Private Label) to manage and optimize our clients' product listings on the Amazon platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant product information, addressing performance issues, and resolving various orders and listings-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly assess and enhance the overall health of the Amazon seller account.
  • Proactively identify and resolve various issues related to orders, listings, and product information.
  • Create new product listings and optimize suggestions for content visibility and sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central platform, including backend operations and features.
  • Expertise in product listing manual and bulk creation, optimization, storefront creation, and communication with support.
  • Knowledge about Brand registry and flat file operations.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Trustworthy and straightforward, fostering long-term partnerships.
