- Financial Administration:
- File and manage bank statements and online payments.
- Maintain accurate data in bookkeeping software.
- Prepare and submit financial reports.
- Support expense compilation and verification.
Administrative Duties
- Reservation and Logistics:
- Reserve venues and hotels for project meetings and events.
- Negotiate with hotels for corporate rates.
- Arrange travel and logistics for staff and consultants.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification.
- Proficient in utilizing accounting software packages, particularly QuickBooks.
- Developed organizational, liaison, and communication skills.
- Experience working with private limited firms is preferred.
- Familiarity with best practices and regulations.
