Job Overview:
Ary Communications (Pvt.) Ltd seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant Director to oversee the administration and office operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks in the absence of the Executive Front Office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage company assets, maintaining their upkeep and ensuring proper maintenance.
  • Coordinate with division representatives and support administration activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records, facilitating salary preparation.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with government agencies regarding applicable laws.
  • Supervise outsourcing contractors for security, travel, housekeeping, and other services.
  • Handle purchasing and procurement functions efficiently.
  • Gain exposure to general accounting tasks, including bill clearance and voucher preparation.
  • Provide assistance to expatriates as required.
  • Maintain a well-organized office environment.
  • Oversee renovation work to ensure timely completion.


Requirements:
  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
  • Experience in handling administration functions.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and hard-working individual.
