E-Commerce Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to assist in various tasks related to product listings, inventory management, customer service, visual content, and vendor liaison. Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  2. Inventory Management: Monitor and control stock levels to prevent overselling and maintain a smooth customer experience.
  3. Customer Support: Respond to customer reviews and inquiries on Shopify, providing timely and helpful solutions.
  4. Visual Content Updates: Update website banners, landing pages, and product images as needed to maintain a modern and engaging look.
  5. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to manage inventory, place orders, and track shipment status.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and other relevant e-commerce tools is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective written communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-sufficient, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
