Job Title: Senior Medical Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the medical team in the emergency room to ensure timely management of patients.
  • Perform regular checks on patients during duty hours.
  • Monitor patients in active labor during duty shifts.
  • Conduct ward rounds for admitted patients to ensure their well-being.
  • Document patient information in the hospital's electronic records system.
  • In case of any complications, consult with concerned specialists and document the advice.
  • Perform scheduled and emergency surgeries during duty hours, involving specialists as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies by consulting on-call specialists and contacting senior staff as necessary.
  • Attend departmental meetings as required.
  • Supervise vaginal deliveries and assist with other obstetric procedures.
  • Perform complex surgical procedures, including cesarean sections and endoscopic retrograde pancreatography.
