Human Resource Business Partner Role
We're looking for a strategic HR professional to partner with our business leaders and drive people-related initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing HR expertise and insights to inform decision-making.
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the organization's strategy and goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and provide solutions that support their objectives.
- Ensure the implementation of global HR initiatives and best practices.
- Lead and contribute to HR program implementations, including change management and organizational design.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Drive discussions on workforce and organizational design changes and provide recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years as an HRBP.
- PHR, SHRM, or CIPD certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
