Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to manage and maintain strong relationships with our business partners and clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as outstanding organizational abilities. You should be proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have experience with outbound calling to US clients via videocon, audio con, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain relationships with business partners and clients to ensure mutual benefit and growth.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and partnerships.
  3. Conduct outbound and inbound calling to schedule appointments and meetings with vendors and business partners.
  4. Provide timely and accurate reporting to management and partners on key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in BPO industry, preferably in B2B.
