Effective Public Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Communication Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing effective public relations strategies, collaborating with other departments, and managing case files using specialized software.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients and witnesses, and stay up-to-date with legal databases and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Strategic Communications Plans
- Collaborate with Other Departments to Ensure Work Efficiency
- Manage Case Files Using Specialized Software
- Build Strong Relationships with Clients and Witnesses through Excellent Communication Skills
- Stay Up-to-Date with Legal Databases and Policies
- Assist with the Preparation, Filing, and Service of Legal Documents
- Organize and Manage Documents, including Creating Spreadsheets
- Draft Legal Documents following Judicial Procedures
- Conduct Research on Legal Policies and Present Written Analysis to Solicitors
- Review and Produce Documents, responding to Specific Requests
- Support Litigation Preparation and Case Management
- Track Accidental Cases and perform Related Duties as Assigned
