Health Systems Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Public Health and Health Systems Specialist to support the development of a Sustainable Training System for the Health & Population Department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in institutionalising competency-based training within government structures, digitising training content, and embedding it in the Learning Management System (LMS).

The Specialist will work closely with the Health & Population Department and HISDU to develop and implement a comprehensive training program that aligns with the EPHS service package and NHSP DLI requirements. This includes creating competency-based training content, ensuring technical accuracy, supporting LMS digitisation, and building H&PD staff capacity.

About the Role:

  • Develop public health and systems training modules to enhance workforce development and improve healthcare services.
  • Support the integration of digital training platforms and ensure seamless delivery of training content.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build government ownership and ensure sustainability of the training program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Public Health, Systems, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in training design and delivery, with expertise in governance, service delivery, and digital training platforms.
