Role Overview

As a Client Acquisition Specialist at Butt Paints Industry, your primary responsibility will be to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to acquire new clients.

Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand client needs.
  • Prospect Identification: Identify potential prospects, set appointments, conduct qualifying calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess comprehensive product knowledge and deliver engaging demos, handling objections with confidence.
  • Reporting and Proposals: Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.
Requirements
  • Experience: Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with sales management software.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
