As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and training to ensure seamless usage of our ERP system. This role requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to user queries and issues.
  • Provide thorough training to enhance user understanding of the ERP system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address intricate issues.
  • Implement solutions to prevent recurring problems.
  • Customize ERP settings to meet business requirements.
  • Configure modules for optimal system performance.
  • Assist with software updates and upgrades.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance checks.
  • Ensure data accuracy and security within the ERP system.
  • Support data migration and integration processes.
  • Work with teams to align ERP functions with business needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
  • Maintain clear documentation of configurations and issue resolutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive user guides and training materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or BS in ERP required.
  • 0-6 months of experience in ERP support preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory, orders & financial modules essential.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills necessary.
