We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to provide schedule and planning services for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex large scale Construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish the project schedule management system with Project Manager, Project Director.
  • Work with project team to prepare the project schedule in different levels.
  • Prepare high level scheduling report to steering committee for project schedule progress analysis.
  • Provide all key milestones with construction, procurement and design team to align the key interface milestones, able to organize meetings to align and analyze timeline and gaps.
  • Coordinate the different teams to review/approve the schedule.
  • Instruct the key coordination dates for project execution to achieve the schedule alignment between different contractors.
  • Alert potential project delays.
  • Report project execution status in different forms for different purposes.
Job Specification

Planning & Scheduling: A thorough understanding of project management concepts, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control is required.

Project Scope Management: Creating plans that meet client needs involves estimating time and resources required to complete the project.

Time Management: Overseeing multiple tasks, ensuring project schedules are followed, and meeting deadlines is essential.

Communication: Effective communication with project teams, stakeholders, clients, and contractors is necessary.

Problem-solving and Critical Thinking: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during projects is crucial.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to analyze project requirements, identify potential setbacks, and devise effective solutions are required.

Computer-Aided Design (CAD): Familiarity with CAD applications, used for designing and evaluating complex projects, is desirable.
