Job Title: Export Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our sales team as an Export Sales Manager.

The primary focus will be on developing new business and generating lucrative accounts through strategic partnerships and marketing efforts. This role is mainly oriented towards new business development with limited exposure to managing existing accounts.

We are looking for a confident and driven individual who can increase revenue immediately by following up on leads and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement export compliance policies and procedures.
  2. Analyze market intelligence reports to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and technical departments to analyze market activities, ensure product quality, and develop export market regulations to mitigate risks.
  4. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, supervise sales targets, and develop sales strategies based on customer requirements.
  5. Administer sales activities for export products, achieve sales targets, negotiate prices, and monitor competitor activities.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in export management with a proven track record.
  2. Knowledge of export procedures, bank guarantees, and manufacturing bonds.
  3. Proficiency in email communication, MS Excel, and Word.
  4. Strong command of written and spoken English.
