Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gujranwala for a Business Development and Marketing Manager. The Business Development and Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential and existing clients, and creating and implementing marketing strategies. Daily tasks include market research, sales forecasting, negotiating contracts, managing social media and online presence, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business plans.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation and pipeline management
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, including digital marketing and social media management
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis, sales forecasting, and contract management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the Himalayan salt industry or related fields is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Gujranwala
