Job Title: Intelligent Systems Developer

This is an opportunity to design and develop intelligent systems that drive business growth and automation. We are looking for a skilled developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning and deep learning. They will also have experience working with low-code platforms and Python-based backends.

As an intelligent systems developer, you will work on building autonomous agents that interact with live data sources, CRMs, cloud tools, and business-critical workflows. You will also collaborate closely with the project manager to scope, deliver, and iterate on agent capabilities across internal and client-facing projects.

This role requires a strong bias for action, with the ability to prototype fast, validate, and improve. The ideal candidate will have clear communication skills and experience working remotely with distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop intelligent agents using AI technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, deliver, and iterate on agent capabilities
  • Work on building autonomous agents that interact with live data sources, CRMs, cloud tools, and business-critical workflows
  • Prototype fast, validate, and improve AI solutions
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with remote teams

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience developing AI-powered or automation systems
  • Fluency in Python (for backend, APIs, automation logic)
  • Solid SQL skills for manipulating and integrating data
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  • Familiarity with vector databases and low-code tools
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering
  • Ability to think about workflows holistically
  • A bias for action and clear communication skills
