As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction and ensuring the long-term success of client partnerships. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering high-quality services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understanding clients' business objectives and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Monitoring and managing project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
  • Conducting regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and reports to clients
  • Handling client escalations and resolving issues in a timely manner

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in client relationship management or account management, preferably in digital marketing or technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in American English with an accent
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
