Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Process Excellence Manager to lead our finance processes, ensuring data governance and driving strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute finance transformation roadmaps to optimize finance processes, reporting, and controls.
  • Conduct process reviews, benchmark against industry standards/best practices to eliminate inefficiencies, improve reporting and controls, and drive standardization.
  • Evaluate Oracle Fusion and other systems to automate and optimize finance processes, focusing on SBU needs.

Data Governance & Analytics

  • Oversee master data governance to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Apply data science techniques to analyze financial data and identify trends.
  • Manage Oracle data analytics to support finance operations and reporting.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to ensure effective governance, tracking, communication, and adoption of transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a change agent within and outside finance regarding process optimization.
  • Create reporting and escalation forums for updates on the roadmap and progress.
Requirements
  • A professional accounting qualification or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Sciences.
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance system or process optimization and data governance; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle and other BI tools and data analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
