Odoo Functional Consultant Position Overview

This role involves providing business process optimization and ERP solutions using Odoo modules.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo configuration, customization, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to create functional solutions within Odoo.
  • Configure and customize various Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, HR, Accounting, Inventory, and Projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal ERP performance.
  • Create user documentation, SOPs, and training material.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience working as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role.
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple Odoo modules and business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of basic technical architecture or integration capabilities in Odoo.
  • Previous experience with ERP implementation in the IT, Retail, or F&B sector.
