We're Hiring: SEO Team Lead (Trading, Crypto, Stock Market Focus)

Location: On-Site Night Shift - (Soan Garden, Islamabad)

Experience: 3–4 Years

Are you an SEO expert passionate about the trading, stock market, and crypto space? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy leading cross-functional teams? We're looking for an SEO Team Lead to spearhead the digital growth strategy for an exciting new project in the financial markets space.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth across trading, stock market, and crypto-focused platforms
  • Manage and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team including content creators, social media managers, and web developers
  • Oversee keyword research, content planning, and performance tracking
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure technical SEO best practices
  • Analyze traffic trends and optimize conversion funnels
  • Provide insights and reports to stakeholders on SEO performance
Requirements
  • 3–4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in trading, crypto, or stock market domains
  • Strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO
  • Experience managing or collaborating with content, SMM, and development teams
  • Proficient with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Solid project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Bonus If You Have:
  • Experience launching or scaling financial platforms
  • Familiarity with algorithm updates and content compliance in the financial industry
  • Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role
