As a seasoned integration specialist, you will serve as a technical expert and strategic partner for customers, helping them design and implement seamless integrations using AI-powered technology.

With 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, architecture, or enterprise integration, you will work closely with teams to ensure that customers can effectively leverage the platform to build high-performance, scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect scalable solutions for high-scale environments.
  • Provide technical guidance on API best practices, data flow architecture, and integration strategies.
  • Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) integrations showcasing capabilities and assisting customers in implementation.
  • Optimize solutions for scalability and performance, handling millions of transactions per second/minute with sub-millisecond latency.
  • Drive API and automation excellence by assisting customers in leveraging APIs, AI-powered automation, and smart connectivity features.
  • Ensure security and compliance by implementing best practices for API security, authentication, and compliance.
  • Collaborate across teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Educate and enable customers, partners, and internal teams on best practices for using the integration platform effectively.
  • Mentor and lead junior engineers, contributing to documentation and technical leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, architecture, or enterprise integration.
  • Proven expertise in designing and architecting scalable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of API best practices, data flow architecture, and integration strategies.
  • Excellent technical guidance and communication skills.
  • Able to develop proof-of-concept (PoC) integrations and assist customers in implementation.
  • Ability to optimize solutions for scalability and performance.
