We are a software startup based in the United States, with teams working remotely. Our goal is to help applications communicate effectively, allowing them to work together for end-users.

The Job

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers after signing the agreement. You will design solutions, analyze business processes, and build production-ready integrations that integrate into our clients' SaaS products.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Oversight of post-sales technical onboarding: transform high-level use cases into detailed solution designs.
  2. Mapping business processes to API calls, data models, event triggers, and automation workflows.
  3. Prototyping and launching new application connectors, authentication flows, and two-way data synchronization.
  4. Leading workshops, documenting requirements, and creating statements of work.
  5. Troubleshooting live integrations, optimizing performance, and writing clear hand-off documents.
  6. Providing customer feedback and reusable templates to product and engineering teams.
  7. Training customer success and support teams on best-practice implementation patterns.
Requirements
  1. Familiarity with REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 (SAML/JWT is a plus).
  2. 3+ years of experience in technical sales, professional services, or systems integration for SaaS.
  3. Comfortable explaining complex architectures to both developers and business stakeholders.
  4. Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS/workflow tool (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Tray…).
  5. Solid skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and project scoping.
  6. Experience in developing your own agent.
  7. Code proficiency in a popular programming language (Python, JS, Ruby, etc).
  8. Bachelor's degree in CS/SE (or equivalent real-world expertise).
Nice-to-Haves
  1. Experience with prompt engineering or LLM-driven automation.
  2. Knowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, or enterprise-grade authentication.
  3. Background in B2B SaaS domains like CRM, marketing automation, or support platforms.
  4. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
