Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Financial Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include leading the preparation of financial statements, supporting the Corporate Finance Controller in delivering commercial strategy and financial KPI targets, and managing fixed assets. Additionally, you will be responsible for advising on complex technical accounting issues, driving quarterly Audit Committee and Board Meeting deliverables, and collaborating with internal/external auditors to facilitate timely and accurate reporting.

Governance and Compliance:
You will drive monthly Governance Forum discussions, manage the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOx) reporting process, and ensure adherence to internal controls in various areas of the business. You will also lead risk assessment cycles, provide insights and recommendations to enhance compliance processes, and maintain ownership of the Company's compliance review calendar.

Team Leadership:
You will coach and develop direct reports, assist in building a high-performing team, and support professional growth. You will play an active role in shaping the organization's culture by demonstrating the right behaviours in line with the company values.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, or assurance, with a mix of Big-4 and multinational company experience. They will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with strong commercial acumen, an understanding of business planning, and knowledge of the financial reporting framework. The candidate will also have experience with planning and reporting systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and effective communication skills.
