Job Overview
As a pivotal member of our Finance team, the Deputy Manager plays a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and maintaining robust financial controls. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily finance department operations, including financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and organizational goals.
  • Develop and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve financial issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit processes.

Requirements:
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy, planning, and analysis, including taxation, auditing, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP S/4 Hana.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital transformation using SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.
  • A strong commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance.
