Reports To: Business Unit Head
Industry: Printing / Packaging / Industrial B2B
About the Role:
A Sales Director is required to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the printing, packaging, or similar industries, with strong leadership and business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand existing client relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead market expansion initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Lead and support the sales team to meet KPIs and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and finance for seamless order execution.
- Deliver sales performance reports to senior management regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience—preferably in printing, packaging, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
