Job Title: eCommerce Operations Specialist About the Job:We are seeking a highly skilled eCommerce operations specialist to manage our Amazon store. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Amazon policies and procedures, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and Optimize Listings: Develop and maintain high-quality product listings that comply with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
  2. Drive Sales Growth: Develop and manage discount coupons and bundle campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  3. A+ Content Management: Manage A+ content and keep the store up-to-date with fresh and engaging content.
  4. Order Fulfillment: Prepare and process FBA and FBM shipments, including reconciliations and reimbursements.
  5. Amazon Seller Support: Raise cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve any issues or pinch points that may arise.
  6. Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  7. Product Reviews: Monitor and manage product reviews and seller feedback to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
  8. Account Health: Keep track of account health and performance metrics, implementing strategies to maintain pristine account health.
