Job Description:
  • We are looking for a skilled Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our account.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of products within Amazon Seller Central, optimizing listings to boost search visibility and conversion.
  2. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain or fulfillment partners to ensure stock availability.
  3. Track and analyze performance metrics such as BSR, CTR, CVR, and session data to identify growth opportunities.
  4. Implement and monitor pricing strategies, promotions, and coupons based on competitor analysis.
  5. Assist with handling customer messages, reviews, and returns in line with Amazon's guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart Marketplace.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
