Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical expertise and treatment to our employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

The Medical Officer will provide primary medical care to on-job employees, including diagnosis, first aid treatment, and referrals. They will also conduct workplace risk assessments, monitor employee health, and implement measures to prevent work-related illnesses.

In addition, the Medical Officer will respond to medical emergencies, provide first aid, and coordinate evacuations if necessary. They will maintain accurate medical records, manage approved medical supplies, and staff training/development.

The role requires a strong clinical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations is essential.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health, general practice, or a related field.
  • MBBS (FCPS)/MD or equivalent medical degree (RMP).
  • Certifications: Valid medical license, BLS/ACLS certification (or equivalent).
Benefits:

This is a contract position with no relocation available. The job is based in Faisalabad, Pakistan and reports to the Plant Manager.
