Medical Officer Role Overview

As a Medical Officer, you will be responsible for managing the operations and administration of our medical centre.

The ideal candidate should have MBBS with at least 2 years of experience and preferably MCPS. You will be expected to work diligently and exercise due care in discharge of your responsibilities.

  • Manage day-to-day activities of the medical centre and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Supervise doctors and staff to ensure their attendance and punctuality.

  • Conduct regular audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and improve healthcare outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and report any discrepancies or concerns.

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports to facilitate decision-making.

Key Qualifications:
  • MBBS with at least 2 years of experience
  • Preferably MCPS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of medical ethics and standards
