As a Global Business Process Transformation Lead, you will hold a key position within the GBS Transition Team. This role will be responsible for the planning and delivery of transformations across the multi-functional GBS organization.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to drive process improvement and transformation. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and stabilization of transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing transformation strategies to drive process improvement.
  • Leading workshops with executive leadership to develop transformation scope, resource requirements, timelines, communication plans, and budgets.
  • Liaising with Human Resources on staffing impacts and technology and facilities for infrastructure and access setup.
  • Collaborating with key internal stakeholders and clients to ensure successful transformation execution.
  • Identifying and resolving transformation-related issues and risks.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a large multinational corporation with at least part of that time working in a global shared services organization.
  • Experience leading large-scale, high-visibility business process transformations.
  • Experience managing projects/teams across various global locations.
  • Experience driving process improvement.
  • Combination of experience in both accounting ERP systems and management information systems.
