Job Title: Senior Office Manager

  • Implement and manage a shared Outlook calendar system to ensure seamless coordination among team members.
  • Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on deliverables to maintain organized MOMs.
  • Organize and conduct regular follow-up meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress and goals.
  • Maintain and update technical documents and files using People I (technical) system.
  • Manage the CEO's meeting schedule for the entire organization.
  • Coordinate quarterly board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintenance of board resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including accurate record-keeping and annual filings.
  • Handle office cash management and oversee special projects assigned by the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Coordinate quarterly board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintenance of board resolutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including accurate record-keeping and annual filings.
  • Cash Management: Handle office cash management and oversee special projects assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of ATS software.
