We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns that engage customers, generate leads, and drive conversions.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based at our office in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, automation, and data analysis. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns using automation tools and data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns across customer segments.

  • Design email templates that are visually appealing, mobile responsive, and optimized for conversion.

  • Develop and manage automated email workflows (e.g., welcome, onboarding, re-engagement).

  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and send times.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and generate reports.

  • Maintain and grow email lists while ensuring data hygiene and compliance.

  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and promotions.

  • Integrate email campaigns with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

  • Identify segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalization.

  • Stay updated on email marketing trends, deliverability standards, and automation tools.

To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in email marketing and automation. You will also need proficiency in email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and reporting tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and automation.

  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo).

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email template editing.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or Looker Studio).

  • Familiarity with audience segmentation, lead scoring, and funnel management.

  • Understanding of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
