Patient Care Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Clinical Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient cases, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage patient cases and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Process all phases of patient clinical assessments, handle diagnostic information, liaise with international medical centers, and ensure excellent patient experience
- Conduct quarterly service provider reviews and build relationships
- Liaise with the global patient coordination team to deliver high levels of patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with other teams to provide comprehensive services
- Professional level experience in a virtual environment
- Clinical training through working as a nurse or doctor
- Experience working with patients and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to be trained on relevant CRM software applications
- Solid computer skills proficient in Microsoft applications and PowerPoints
- MBBS/BSC Nursing or equivalent medical education a major plus
- A minimum of four years relevant working experience
- Proven track record in meeting performance objectives
- Strong oral and written communication skills, basic technical support knowledge, and computer skills background
- Effective listener, understanding customer expectations, and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing; additional languages considered a plus
