Senior Software Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Content Development team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical interview questions to update our technical content library. Your expertise in modern AI-enabled engineering workflows will help drive the development of our content library and ensure that it meets the highest standards.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop complex interview content, including codebases and design exercises, to support candidate assessments.
  • Collaborate with Content Designers to create new content formats that leverage generative AI during interviews.
  • Create new technical interview questions across various subject domains, utilizing modern technology, including generative AI.
  • Mentor junior Content Development Engineers through peer reviews, ensuring consistent quality standards.
  • Analyze performance data and feedback from the Content Corrections team to refine and iterate on content.

Requirements
