Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit systems to assess outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Develop strategies for implementing software and hardware systems in the organization.
  • Maintain computer systems and ensure all departments are functioning properly.
  • Collect departmental specifications and ensure their requirements are met.
  • Develop and manage staff to monitor technology and oversee policies and procedures.
  • Oversight of software and hardware purchases, budget planning, and quotations.
  • Provide training and assistance for employees involved in implementation and maintenance.
  • Train employees in using information systems and understanding system configuration.
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to understand software specifications and make necessary pre-installations.
  • Troubleshoot any kind of systems-related problems and maintain system security.
  • Proficient in working with office applications, ERP software, communications systems, etc.
  • Expertise in planning and maintaining enterprise hardware and software.
  • Ability to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations to meet expected goals.
  • Focused on best practices and models used in the industry to meet employee expectations.
  • Good project management skills with attention to qualitative and quantitative aspects.
  • Experienced in managing information systems projects.
  • Expertise in data centre management and data governance.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
