About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital SEO Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective SEO strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. This includes staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and industry best practices, conducting in-depth keyword research, and optimizing content around target keywords.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize content around target keywords.
  • Content Optimization: Ensure proper optimization of on-site elements such as meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking.
  • Backlink Building: Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through off-site optimization to enhance domain authority.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content that aligns with target audience needs and drives conversions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide actionable insights by analyzing keyword rankings, traffic patterns, and user behavior.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of managing successful SEO campaigns, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to guide decision-making.
  • On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Experience with on-page and off-page SEO, including content optimization and backlink strategies.
  • Basic Web Technologies: Familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS) and an understanding of website administration.
