About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital SEO Strategist to join our team. As an expert in search engine optimization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  2. Industry Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and industry best practices to ensure our website remains competitive.
  3. Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize content around target keywords.
  4. On-Site Optimization: Ensure proper optimization of on-site elements such as meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking.
  5. Backlink Building: Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through off-site optimization to enhance domain authority.
  6. Content Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content that aligns with target audience needs and drives conversions.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide actionable insights by analyzing keyword rankings, traffic patterns, and user behavior.
  8. Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify SEO opportunities, strengths, and weaknesses in comparison to competitors.
Requirements
  1. SEO Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of managing successful SEO campaigns, preferably in a managerial role.
  2. Search Engine Knowledge: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
  3. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to guide decision-making.
  4. SEO Expertise: Experience with on-page and off-page SEO, including content optimization and backlink strategies.
  5. Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS) and an understanding of website administration.
  6. Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. International SEO: Experience with international SEO, optimizing for multiple languages and regions.
  2. Digital Marketing: Knowledge of PPC and other digital marketing strategies.
  3. User Experience: Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) principles.
