Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital SEO Strategist to lead our team and manage independent SEO projects to deliver desired results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive off-page, content, and link profile analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform thorough on-page/technical SEO audits to ensure websites are optimized for search engines.
  • Maintain ongoing SEO performance monitoring and prepare detailed reports for management and clients.
  • Lead and contribute to internal strategy meetings to define relevant and effective strategies and SEO practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry techniques for SEO and content marketing to drive online traffic and conversion.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Experience Include:

  • At least 1-2.5 years of prior SEO experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in website audit, advanced keyword research, analysis, strategy, and implementation.
  • Able to recommend onsite changes to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Experienced in managing online link building strategies and advanced link building techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of analyzing potential inbound links to meet quality standards and prevent penalties.
  • Skilled in coordinating guest-posts on related blogs and online publications.
  • Proficient in competitor analysis and decoding their link building strategies.
  • Able to identify and remove potentially harmful backlinks affecting a website's ranking.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Webmaster Console to track website performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with third-party SEO analytics solutions such as Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Ability to devise strategies driving online traffic to company/client websites and deliver campaign conversion KPIs.
  • Analyze data to identify problems and opportunities for growth.
  • Evaluate Google penalty analysis to determine causes of website traffic and ranking declines, and formulate action plans to address relevant issues.
  • Expertise in off-page SEO, link profile health analysis, and link profile cleanup/link removal campaigns.
  • A positive attitude and go-getter personality.
