Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality management activities and drive execution based on established standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.

This role will oversee the QC inspection schedule, ensuring appropriate manpower allocation, and coach/train QA/QC associates on inspection protocols, procedures, and report writing.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on matters relating to product safety, testing, integrity, and social compliance. Coach factory partners on good manufacturing practices to drive continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.

  • Troubleshoot production-related issues with factory partners and escalate timely to upper management and merchandising partners.
  • Investigate customer complaints with root cause analysis; develop CAPs to drive improvement.
  • Develop regular KPI reporting and follow actions for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
