Quality Control Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to lead our quality control activities. The ideal candidate will have sound experience in similar capacity and be able to propose the need for new equipment and instruments required in the laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize quality control activities to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
  • Ensure timely analysis and release of raw materials, drug products, and packaging components to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Propose the need for new equipment and instruments required in the laboratory.
  • Assist Quality Operations head in complying with Corporate and Regulatory requirements.
  • Arrange and provide on-the-job training to laboratory colleagues and ensure good laboratory practices are being followed.
Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require sound experience in a similar capacity, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have strong communication skills and be able to interact effectively with laboratory colleagues.
