Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our QA team in implementing and driving agile testing techniques and best practices throughout the organization.

Your primary focus will be on automation and AI-assisted testing. You will lead a team of QA engineers and automation testers, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring clear test results, metrics, and quality issues to stakeholders.

You will develop and execute a strategic roadmap for QA automation, incorporating AI-assisted tools and techniques, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Leveraging AI and Machine Learning to enhance test case generation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics in the testing process.
  • Leading efficient implementation and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) within the team.
  • Overseeing planning and execution of the full QA lifecycle and ensuring proper test coverage across releases.
  • Defining and monitoring key quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a QA leadership or management role, with a focus on test automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Extensive experience of implementing agile testing techniques and best practices.

Skills:

  • Expertise in developing and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools for test automation, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant libraries.
  • Strong experience with test management and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, Testrail).

Education:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certification (in scrum, agile, or agile testing)
